The concept of three Gods or trinity is in the Quran mentioned as Allah, Jesus the Messiah, and the Holy Spirit.

The word Allah came from Elohim, a Hebrew word or Yahweh or the Great I am which Jesus claimed to be.  Jesus being conceived by the Holy Spirit in Mary and his miracles including raising the dead and his second coming are written in the Quran, therefore, do not contradict the Quran if you consider yourself a pure Muslim.  Jesus is the Messiah or Christ who was God before He became man and will come back as God to save mankind and destroy all the wicked and wickedness.
